Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rebloq web application (the "Service"), operated by Rebloq ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Rebloq provides analytics, engagement tracking, tag intelligence, post scheduling, and AI-powered content generation for Tumblr creators. You understand that:

  • The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
  • The Service depends on the Tumblr API. Changes to Tumblr's platform, API, or terms of service may affect the availability or functionality of our Service.
  • Analytics data is sourced from the Tumblr API and may not be perfectly accurate or real-time.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service requires a paid subscription. Available plans are Standard ($8/mo), Pro ($15/mo), and Business ($25/mo), with discounted annual billing available.
  • New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After that, it will be permanently deleted.

6. Tumblr Integration

  • By connecting your Tumblr account, you authorize us to access your blog data and publish posts on your behalf using OAuth 1.0a tokens.
  • You must have the right to connect the Tumblr blog(s) you add to Rebloq.
  • You must comply with Tumblr's Terms of Service when using our Service.
  • Rebloq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tumblr or Automattic.
  • We are not responsible for changes to Tumblr's platform, API outages, or any actions taken by Tumblr on your account.
  • You can revoke Rebloq's access to your Tumblr account at any time through Tumblr's settings.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • AI post generation is available on Pro and Business plans, subject to monthly credit limits.
  • AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it.
  • You assume all liability for AI-generated content that you publish to Tumblr or any other platform.
  • We make no warranty that AI-generated content will not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your prompts and blog context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Content and Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your Tumblr content and any content you create within Rebloq.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service. We never share individual or identifiable data.
  • Rebloq's service, brand, code, design, and analytics methodologies are our intellectual property.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Access other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others, including via post scheduling.
  • Circumvent subscription limits (e.g., connecting more blogs than your plan allows).
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service.
  • Use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Violate Tumblr's Terms of Service through your use of Rebloq.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that analytics data will be perfectly accurate, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebloq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rebloq harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, any content you publish through the Service (including AI-generated content), or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.
  • We may discontinue the Service entirely with at least 30 days' notice.
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located therein.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebloq.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
  • Force majeure: Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
